You will be E-mailed an UPS/Fedex Tracking number as soon as your Hoverboard ships! You can then track your shipments progress at UPS.com or Fedex.com. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days of placing an order, please check your SPAM folder in case your provider flagged our automated message as spam), or request it again by contacting us.
In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact with you within 1 business day and allow you to wait until your option is back in stock, or select another item.
We cannot make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and Seascooter.co is not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. All orders reported as “delivered” by our shipping company (UPS/Fedex) are considered delivered.
